[DeTomaso] Remove small grills on hood

I should have specified "on my car" a 1973 L. I looked at Panteras by
Wilkinson's sight and saw that both the side gills and the wiper grills are
available in both styles (either bolts or plastic fasteners. I suppose it
depends on the year although the sight doesn't specify which is which. I'm
glad I didn't suggest prying them out!
