Hey I just bought from these guys. (The Anderson Brothers)
The reason they have the Pantera part #s is Steve Anderson has a pre-L
that he used to race a bunch.

Then he spun a bearing and pulled the motor to rebuild it.
After he finished the motor he said "damn, I think I'll freshen the car
too".
Now it's a pile of parts in the back of a trailer.
