[DeTomaso] Firebird raceway

Update from Kevin on the PI Forum is that the POCA Fun Rally track event is unaffected by FIR closure.
 
PI Forum post from Kevin; "Just wanted to let everyone know that the track event that will take place during the 2013 Poca Fun Rally is still on. There have been rumors that it was going to be cancelled because Firebird Raceway was closing April 1st. And it is true that they have lost the lease for the property. The Indian leadership has assured us that they still want us to have use of the track for our event."
