[DeTomaso] Really Hot Header

If it is EFI - most of the new control systems have an O2 sensor on each
side of the exhaust. On the older Ford modules ( 93 and up Mass air)
the pulse is read at cylinder pulse delay for each cylinder by the O2
sensor in each exhaust. This allows the ability to adjust each cylinder
on the fly using the timing of the pulse to the O2. Most Mass air
systems that I have dealt with use individual cylinder pulsing up to
2000 rpm and the bank, bank from there on up.
This is not saying I always get it right.
