[DeTomaso] NPC - POCA IT

vBulletin and phpBB are two of the most popular on-line forum structures
used out there. Each works quite well. The Fireboard forum on POCA
actually works pretty well too, except that it's in a container within
the POCA website. Typically vbulletin or phpBB are run independently,
and not inside a container.

I think the better option would be to not use Fireboard anymore, though
I don't think a move to another forum will really matter. The PI forum
is pretty kick-ass as it is today and I don't necessarily think it needs
competition.

Admittedly, the organization of the forum definitely needs better organization, such as sub-categories under "DeTomaso" for things like engine, suspension, body and paint, wheels and tires, ZF, HVAC, interior, etc.
