[DeTomaso] Need Help:)

ok tested this out.
 no reaction.
 using a voltmeter and there is no current in any of the wires.

is the next point to check on the fuse box to see if I can find the cables 
and check there if there is power to them??
Do you know which of the wires is the one with power?
