[DeTomaso] Fuel tank removal

You hit the nail on the head.


Plus, a lot of gunk gets caked in behind the tank.  It gets thrown off the
spinning wheel.

Mine moved around with some heavy shoves both from the engine compartment
and from the wheel well.
