[DeTomaso] 351C quench heads available

HI guys,

Got this from a Shelby club buddy in Prescott, AZ:

I now live in Prescott Arizona.  I took a set of 302 heads into my local 
guy to get them freshened up for my hot rod yesterday and he showed me a set 
of heads and an intake manifold that had come off a 1971 Pantera a few years 
ago the he wants to sell.  The heads are disassembled with all the valves, 
springs, etc.. in a box and will require a full rebuild.  He says they are 
not cracked or damaged in any way.  They are true four barrel heads marked 
D1.  The intake is a 4 bbl big port.  I am known as the local Ford guy, so he 
is offering them to me for $400 bucks.  Since you are the only Pantera guy I 
know, I thought I'd run this by you to see any of your Pantera buddies could 
use these parts.  The guy is an excellent machinist so I believe him when 
he says they are easily rebuild-able.  I'll be coming back to San Jose in 
December for the holidays, so I could haul the stuff at that time.
