[DeTomaso] Here we go...

I have heard that FEMA pays crews to be on standby. Anytime there is a
storm about to hit S. FL, there are caravans of trucks going through
Jacksonville Southward prior to the storm. They get paid either way by our
tax dollars.

That is what I heard, but I did not try to confirm it.
