[DeTomaso] NPC: THX1138

While once trying to rent an older Wal-Mart building, I was told that Wal-Mart 
doesn't own the buildings; they only lease the buildings for 12 years. At the 
end of that time they move to a newer more modern site, sometimes just across 
the street.

It may or may not be true.

Specialty Sales, the S.F. Bay Area exotic car consignment outfit, recently 
opened a fourth location near me in a former Wal-Mart...I wonder why they're 
closing down?
