It probably won't ever correct itself and if you're bolting them to alloy 
heads, you risk tearing the threads out trying to leak-proof the connections. 
With a spare iron head, you can bolt the header on as far as practical and 
using an acetylene torch, 'stress-relieve' the pipes that are pulling the 
thing out of line while progressively tightening the center bolts. Stainless 
has a rather large coefficient of heat expansion and you may even need to 
over-center the corrective stress-relief by shimming the ends out. This is 
likely what Wilkinson's supplier will do if you ship it back, and you'll save 
two more shipping costs; Fed-Ex has enough of our money!   The blue color from 
heating can be polished away later. Good luck- J Deryke
