[DeTomaso] Bad ignition switch?

Problem is: started up, rev ed engine and everything just quit.  Got out the siring diagram.  Seems like most everything goes through the ignition switch.  Has been running just fine.

Is it really true that those 3 or 4 fuses are all powered through the ignition switch?

This must be what the relay kit is for, to take the load off the switch. Battery is OK and lights all work. Radio is also dead.  

Also, turn signal switch does not hold, and the spring behind the key does not push the key back out.

Is this the time for the fuse box upgrade, the relay upgrade, an Ignition switch with tumbler?

Will go the  Pantera site and look up information tonight.  Any help with who the best suppliers of these parts are and help on changing all this out would be helpful.

Next will be a rear hub, or brakes, or whatever that is running hot.
