[DeTomaso] NPC: a Boss 302 at Miller

I'm a Utah native and can't wait to get my Pantera on the track at Miller Motorsports.  The Coyote Boss may be my engine of choice when I finally get the car back from the body shop.  Spendy, but can run at 7500 RPM all day long.  444 hp is reportedly under-rating the potential of this engine.
