[DeTomaso] On-board video of Cobra crash at 130mph

He was lucky in the manner that the car hit the earth. Had it pancaked
upside down hard at one point the outcome likely would have been different
I believe. I think lucky to be alive is damn appropriate.

Did they say what cased it? Looked like he was in a straight away. Blown
tire?

It comes to mind racing in the early 1900's in huge machines with no roll
bars or seat belts. Survival was getting away form the car in a roll over.
