I have never said we didn't have any oil of our own, in fact there are
estimates that our reserves are larger than almost all others.

I think or rather I've always hoped that the masterplan was to use up all
of theirs (collectively) saving our reserves for last as well as giving us
more strategic capabilities in case of war, etc.

I would hope by that time (30-50 years) that the flux capacitor / hydrogen
/ geothermal / long term battery issues will have become the normal fuel of
the masses, leaving what little fossil fuels are left for us 80-100 year
old gearheads to play with.

As far as panty floss - LOL.  That was funny!
