[DeTomaso] Pantera-Gearhead Database Update

Again, much gratitude!

It tests well in OpenOffice 3.2.  I believe there is an Open Source
fork now LibreOffice, so even if Oracle decides to kill the product
(as they so often do) there is still an open solution.
