I don't want to appear sinacle in any way but when are you gentlemen going to realize that it does not matter what kind of reputation a person or shop has if there is a hack out in the shop or if they use substandard parts to save a buck.  Now I believe that the owner himself is more than likely an intelligent person. It is when you get all the BEAN COUNTERS in there do problems arise.
