[DeTomaso] US "PANTERA GTS" decals

I have a set of these as well.  Original, probably 30 years old.  I have no idea of they would stick or not.  I'd planned on having a local house reproduce a set for me when the time came.

Thanks for going to the effort to track this down and sharing the information.
At first when I read your note I thought I may have bought Wilkinson's last pair
of side decals, so I had to go look in my storage. 

What I have is the block letter style "PANTERA" in white.  

The backing paper is aged, and the strip needs to be flattened under some weight for a
while, but... someone could use them and/or make duplicates from these originals.
If anyone is interested make me a reasonable offer (They weren't cheap.)

My car is being repainted and I need new "PANTERA GTS" decals.  I contacted
Wilkinson and he doesn't have them any more.  I've been working on this for
a while and got a ton of help from Mike Scardina and enlisted Justin
Greisberg after seeing he too has a US GTS.  We put together a document
containing all of the specifications (letter sizes, spacing, etc.) including
placement on the car.  I called Dennis Quella at Pantera Performance Center
(Castle Rock) and he found an original Ford box with the part number for the
decal.  He checked the decal inside against our specifications and they
matched up.  He's having them reproduced.  I don't have pricing info from
him yet, but I suspect the more we order the cheaper they'll be.  

 

I realize there aren't very many US GTS's around and some owners don't like
the lettering (Justin might be one of them).  But, if you're interested,
please email me.  Once I get prices, I'll let you know how much a set will
cost.  If you have one, now's probably the time to get a set before all is
lost and you have to start from scratch trying to find a set (like I did).
