[DeTomaso] Great BBC racing documentary

Yes, it's the good old Beeb; because the BBC is funded by UK residents through their TV license which every houshold has to have they restrict viewing to the geographic region that has paid that license fee - the UK.
 
If it were on Youtube, there are work arounds to trick the source into thinking your IP address is within the viewing region.
