[DeTomaso] Radiator Update

That sounds a bit counter-intuitive. Less anti-freeze means lower boil
point.  Lower boil point means increased chance of steam leading to hot
spots.

Although it may increase thermal transfer with less anti-freeze, would it
not do its job if you really needed it to, say if you have a potential
overheat?
