You just need a little bit of sun visor Viagra.   No need to replace 
anything.   What's happening is that the metal pins in the sun visor brackets are 
spinning in the plastic housings.   A little bit of two-part epoxy is all 
you need to fix the problem forever.

I'll send you a simple article separately detailing the fix.
