Mikey,
I also did not want to shift my Mustang 347 stroker
into 5th at the end of the straight at Thunderhill
as I got faster I kept bumping the chip up from 6200,
to 6400, to 6600 and finally 6800
6800 worked pretty good for about 1 1/2 days
 
You have seen the end result... sheared crank,
two pistons out the bottom, cracked block
 
No trophies but lots of pieces.. last cast crank,
rods etc that I will run... makes quite a mess
