[DeTomaso] Radiator Fluid

Hello,
Couple of questions!
Just finished putting all of the plumbing back together. I have the 
original radiator.
Roughly how much fluid should I need to fill the system?
Any special type of fluid recommended? (I am in Seattle, but give me the 
SoCal requirements ;-)

Any special method to fill it?

  * raise the back end?
  * after it appears full, run the engine to fill the block?
