I'm with Scott on this one-

judging from the description on the website you'd be hard pressed to build that black cherry one for that price, so why does that selling price have to be some kind of scam?

Its really amazing.  You guys complain for years that Pantera's don't fetch 
nough at BJAC and that no one should sell them there.  Then when a couple of 
ars do, you don't that they really sold for those prices.  And you throw in BS 
bout shills.  What exactly do all of you want?  Really....think about it.

t is fairly common knowledge that BJ owns many of the cars under auction, they 
id them up and the cars return to BJ's warehouse, thus driving up prices on 
imilar such cars. Do some research and there is article after article on BJ's 
uestionable practices, like they say "there's no smoke without fire".

 What makes you think there is no shill bidding at B-J, or any other auction,
 for that matter. All the shill has to do to avoid paying the commission(s)
 is to get out before the bidding stops. Worst case, your shill ends up
 owning the (your) car and you're out both ends of the commission, assuming
 there is both a buyers and sellers commission. If the bidding goes high
 enough (beyond your evaluation of your car), you take it on down the road to
 the next auction, or sell it privately, using the shill bid as a
 justification for the inflated asking price.
