[DeTomaso] POCA Web Site difficulties

For those who have experienced difficulties getting to the POCA web site 
lately, we apologize.  You may experience periods when the site does not 
load as we are attempting to get all features working.  Currently the 
email system is not functioning as planned and some changes being made 
may take the web site off line as DNS records are updated across the globe.

We apologize for the inconvenience.
