[DeTomaso] GTS Questions

I have  a '71 Euro Pushbutton w/riveted  flares,
GTS era 351, Dash 2 ZF and 8 and 10 Campys!!

3. How many  GTS cars were produced worldwide? I've heard 98 or 138 for US 
spec 
GTS  cars..what about the rest? How rare are the Euro GTS models  here?
