That's one of the last three GT5-S Panteras made.   Kirk Evans was working 
with the factory to come up with a moderate restyle to freshen the car for 
the next decade.   The Amerisport program fell apart when only three cars had 
been made, and then they shut down production of the Pantera.   When the 
Nuevo Pantera came out late the next year, it had the styling licks that Kirk 
had created, front and rear....
