It looks to be beautifully made, professionally executed, and a complete 
and total waste of time and money IMHO.   At very best, you might get a 
shifter which is 75% as precise as a properly set up stock shifter.

I've driven Kirby's GT40 (thanks Kirby!), and he's right--with a 
cable-shifted ZF you have to concentrate on the shifting because they're no mechanical 
'feel' to it.   It works, but only just....
