[DeTomaso] Door Alignment

Try using a hydraulic jack to maintain the correct height as you tighten it
the screws. Make sure you use a block of wood on the door bottom and have
the screws loose (to the door, not you) prior to jacking it. As suggested,
go a bit higher than you anticipate it will take.
