Years ago Jim Kucera (?) had posted a how-to on door alignment on the old Orange
County Club site.  Does anyone know if that info has been preserved on some
site?

Try using a hydraulic jack to maintain the correct height as you tighten it
the screws. Make sure you use a block of wood on the door bottom and have
the screws loose (to the door, not you) prior to jacking it.  As suggested,
go a bit higher than you anticipate it will take.
