Maybe monthly treatments with Formula V would help?

Risky business to try and extend the life of tires. You could try is a few
of the 'tire soaker' products that contain the volatiles that evaporate from
the caracass. I don't recommend those that contain fuel oil or similar
home-brewed concoctions. I wrote a recent article for POCA on many of these,
noting that at least one home-soak compound burned down a man's garage. 
The real problem is, tires are a continuously curing system and as time goes
by, the non-reversable cure makes the tire harder and shrinks up, Both
actions break chemical and mechanical bonds inside the carcass, which no
amount of additive, however applied, can restore. Good luck- J Deryke
