As a native-born Californian I have some thoughts on this issue.

(Yes, I have sent my long-form birth certificate, circumcision records and skin sample,
and newspaper announcements to the head carnival barker, Mr. Trump.)

First, we need to prohibit any further broadcasts of the New Year's Day Rose Bowl Parade. Every year there is some
yahoo in the stands, (probably originally from Minnesota or Boston) getting national airplay, wearing flip flops,
shorts and a wife beater.  This is known to have caused tens of thousands, perhaps millions, of Northern/East
Coast Americans to abandon their snow shovels and tire chains and move the our fine-weather state.

Second, connected to the first, we need to establish a deadline for all non-native-born residents to leave
California. I suggest seven years, although that is perhaps being too generous. I mean ALL. White, brown, yellow,
purple, polka dot, tall, short, ugly, beautiful, rich, left leaners, Tea party, Muslims, Christians,.... you get the idea. ALL.

I believe if just those two steps were taken, those of us left would be better able to return our state to what
it was before  everyone came here and started ruining it.

Our new State Motto would be:

Keep California Green. Come. Spend. Go Home.
