[DeTomaso] Increasing Caster

I went with the Johnny Woods approach which is similar to the modification
Pat Michal does.
Johnny's work was excellent and the price was quite reasonable. It
allows for up to 8 degrees of positive caster and it is adjustable
(with shims)It also includes a camber lock.
