If you think simple service is bad in the U.S, read about Tod Buttermore's 
troubles trying to get a few new 351-C iron blocks cast at so-called 
'professional' foundaries. He makes up cores, gives explicit written instructions 
on how the casting should be done, goes to the foundary to personally answer 
any questions.... and they screw up the cores and cast junk. And SHIP IT 
that way knowing its wrong, for a charge, of course... And this has been going 
on for 2-1/2 years. Anyone rich following this Forum? I know a business you 
could buy into that's ripe for some decent old-time management.
