Noy sure of the metric thread and length- it takes a fairly long bolt with 
an unthreaded shank as the threads are sunk in 3/4" or so. For the seat 
belts, a cheap alternative is ANY Ford seatbelt floor mount screw in recent 
decades. Mine came from an '89 Ford pickup (free from PIck 'n Pull) and they are 
T-45 torx head, not phillips. The Torx screws might fit the shoulder 
harnesses too- didn't try them.   Stock was ~gr-5 hex bolts in both places. Good
