[DeTomaso] bolt size and screw size

can anyone tell me the correct size for the bolt the fastens the shoulder
harness to the fire wall ? *25023A* - SEAT BOLTS It seems like 7/16 -
thread  but I'm not sure it this is the correct thread or if it is  metric .
and the screws that fasten the seat belt plate to the rocker box . It is a
large phillips head screw *25026A* - BOLT SEAT BELT PLATE TO FLOOR
Any help will be appreciated.
