If there's any appreciable wear, I'd be inclined to change them, yes.   
It's enough of a hassle to pull everything apart that you don't want to skimp 
and then have to do it all over again.

You will need to get your wheels aligned when you're done.   So you might 
as well take care of whatever needs taking care of (rebuilding steering 
rack/removing spring spacers/changing shock bushings) all at once.   Either that, 
or pay extra for the 'lifetime' alignment that some shops offer.
