[DeTomaso] Weld Wheels

When I bought my car about 10 years ago I had 15x8 and 15x10 Wel wheels mounted as a stop-gap measure just so I could put on some decent H rated tires.  After a while I upgraded to the Pantera East campy clones and easily sold the Weld wheels to a local hotrodder.
