RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a method for collecting information
from a variety of sources and displaying the information in a standard
format. The net of it is that Microsoft Outlook and some other
RSS-capable e-mail programs can display web pages as if they are e-mail
messages.

The POCA website and the POCA web forum have always supported RSS. This
means that you can set up your Outlook or other RSS reader to show you
the new or updated article on the POCA website and POCA web forum as if
they were e-mails. If you have Outlook and like the e-mail style
forums, you may want to add the POCA site to your list.

To set up Outlook 2007 (other version of Outlook may be similar):
1) Go to Tools => Account Setting
2) Click on the RSS Feeds tab
3) Click on the New button
4) Copy/paste this URL into the pop-up (POCA website)
   http://www.poca.com/index.php?format=feed
5) Click the Add button
6) Click the OK button on the RSS Feed Options window
7) Repeat steps 3-6 to add the POCA web forum with this URL
   http://www.poca.com/index.php/forum?func=fb_rss&no_html=0

If anyone has Outlook 2003 or other RSS readers, please try this out so
that I can document the specific steps.
