Try some Gates radiator hose or it's equivalent at Napa (cheaper). That stuff is rated well over 100 psi, and has reinforcements threads running throughout. It should have plenty of strength. It comes in numerous grades...white and gold, gold being stronger and thicker. You could easily double up if you want more strength. They sell is as stick hose and I've seen it in misc lengths.  As Dan says you can cut it with a high speed grinder/cut off wheel.
