[DeTomaso] Chassis Drain Holes

Yes, I already checked that page. Excellent stuff, but it doesn't describe where 
the holes in the lower frame rails should go. That's what I needed since I 
already have the drain holes in the wheel house frames.

Anyway, in typical form, Bill Taylor came through and sent me exactly what I 
needed.  Thanks again Bill!
