FWIW--------I just tried to order 1 3/8 Gates green stripe from CSK Auto / O'Reilly on line.
They list it as part # 24222 in 3 ft length and price of 15.99---but when you put it into the cart it says part # 24222 1 ft. (Qty 1) 15.99 --------so I called and the man had to check with the warehouse, but came back with -------- buy by 3 ft length --  pay by the ft. at 15.99 per ft.
