Nice work Goran!  With zero end-play might there be a problem with thermal
expansion?  The cam is quite long compared to the cover so it's expansion
could cause a bind.

Hav not been very much talk about "cam walk" on this board. So, here is a
few lines about it. www.hemipanter.se klick "Fabrication pictures." Last
part of it include my latest trix for a fix. I decided to try to modify a
regular cam chain kit to do the job.
