[DeTomaso] New Ford GT Transaxle

FWIW,
 
I was at Wilkinson's some time ago and he was installing a Ford GT  engine 
and Ricardo transaxle in a Pantera.
 
The installation required really major modification of  the Pantera rear 
frame and fabrication of engine and transmission mountings  which duplicated 
the Ford GT installation.
 
A second Ricardo transaxle was also in the shop for  fitting-up purposes. 
The Ricardo transaxle/bellhousing is *gigantic*   .......... easily three 
times the size of ZF.
