[DeTomaso] Door Lights and Parking Lights

Dear Friend's 
 
I believe that all Panteras have red lights inserted in the doors. The  
electrical part that holds the bulbs has corroded and needs replacement. Does  
anyone know how to repair this piece ? Does anyone know if there is an  
interchangeable part maybe made by another car company that would fit this  
light?
 
Does anyone know how to repair the rusted reflectors inside on the parking  
lights ?
