[DeTomaso] NPC: help passing emissions test

I always wanted to try the Ox tank in the trunk with a line going to the
exhaust pipe. My luck it would read the exhaust cleaner then the air going
in the motor and get me.

An oil change right before testing has always helped me.

Alcohol in fuel.... pull 2 injector plugs....pull some vaccuum lines and let
it suck in a bunch of air..drill a hole in the exhaust upstream of the
outlet and install a venturi to suck in oxygen from a bottle you have on the
passenger seat. water injection.. plumb the windshield washer pump into the
intake when the engine is running. These are just theortical  We don't have
emission testing in SC. Bill 1362
