[DeTomaso] tech question for anyone that has upgraded their brake system

I have upgraded to brembo brake calipers using Brembo calipers from a
Porsche  996 (more speciffically a 911 Turbo) . I am attempting to use a
master cylinder that is CNC series240 (Dual cylinder brake assembly  along
with a balance bar) My question is this , the stock system contains part #
01310c wich is a pressure control apparatus. There is also a part that I
have been unable  to identify that is located under the stock master
cylinder and has a push button. Should these pressure regulators be removed
or disabled since I am using a balance bar.I have also be unable to locate
instructions for setting up the balance bar and would appreciate any Thanks
