[DeTomaso] Voltmeter vs Ammeter-Ammeter wins

Measure the voltage across the battery when it drops to +15A.

A battery with a shorted cell would make the ammeter show lots of amps
going to the battery, but with a low voltage across the battery.

Remember that the regulator tries to keep the voltage somewhere between
13-14V, and if a battery cell is shorted, it will nominally have 10V,
and possibly up to about 12V with lots of current from the alternator.
