A high speed computerized balancer will tell the kid exactly where to glue
the weights. Likely, they will be more-or-less on the wheel centerline,
inside on the flat area near the center- not on the edge and not on the outside
where they're visible. He should have a light hammer to bend the flat
weights into a curve matching the wheel curvature for best adhesion. All you need
to do afterwards is run a couple of layers of duct tape over the top of the
glued weights to keep water and road-trash from deteriorating the foam glue
strips. Good luck- J DeRyke
