I may have missed what wheels and brakes you are using. The weights sometimes can/should go on the outside for a proper balance but allot of people don't like that for cosmetic reason. Big Wilwood calipers will fit inside the stock Campy wheels but
are very close and will scrape a weight off, so be aware of that also. Once they are installed I do seal them but I use just a
small bead of clear silicone sealer. Hope that helps.
